Reset My Password

Don't worry. You can reset your password in one of two ways:

Option 1:

• Step 1: On any page go to Register / Log In at the top right-hand corner and then click on 'Profile’.
• Step 2: Enter the username and email address you registered with. You will then receive a confirmation email in response.

Please Note: If the email address you entered does not match your registration record, you’ll receive a blank email.

• Step 3: Follow the steps provided in the email.

Option 2: (For logged-in users only)

• Step 1: Go to ‘My Account’.
• Step 2: Click on ‘Profile’.
• Step 3: Then click on the 'Change Password' link.
