Check your respirator is working as it should with this sweet test solution from 3M. You use it with a testing kit (448-1762) from 3M, which contains the full assembly needed for checking your face-to-respirator seal. The test subject puts on a hood and collar while wearing their respirator. This solution is then injected into the hood via a nebuliser. If the user detects the sweet taste of the fluid, it means the respirator doesn't fit correctly.
