Built-in cushioning absorbs excess energy from the piston's impact to ensure jolt-free motion and minimal wear. It's an elastic type of cushioning, which saves the need for adjustments during installation. Slots are positioned on three sides of the cylinder to support the flush-mounting of a proximity sensor.
