The Vishay TEMD series surface mount silicon PIN photodiode is the latest device with a photocurrent rating of 12μA and a peak wavelength rating of 950nm. It has high speed and high radiant sensitivity in black, plastic packages with lens and daylight blocking filter. The diode has power dissipation of 75mW with 1nA dark current.
