The STMicroelectronics Advanced brushless motor controller with embedded STM32G0 MCU is a highly integrated system-in-package providing solution suitable for driving three phase brushless motors using different driving modes extremely reducing the BOM and area. It is composed by four part numbers, for full flexibility in balancing the resources among op-amp for current sensing, GPIOs and specifically dedicated features like a precise reference for the ADC. It embeds a triple half-bridge gate driver able to drive power MOSFETs with a current capability of 600 mA (sink and source). The high and low-side switches of the same half-bridge cannot be simultaneously driven high thanks to an integrated interlocking function.

12 V LDO linear regulator with thermal protection

5 channel DMA controller with flexible mapping

Advanced control timer dedicated for motor control

Up to 3 rail to rail operation amplifiers for signal conditioning

Comparator for overcurrent protection

Standby mode for low power consumption
