The Microchip 8 bit microcontrollers is dedicated to CAN network applications. It has 80C51 core architecture, 256 bytes of on chip RAM. It has 16 K bytes of on chip flash memory with data retention of 10 years at 85°C and also provides erase/write cycle 100 K. Boot code section with independent lock bits, 2 K bytes of on chip flash for bootloader.
