This 2-pin plus earth power socket from Scame is a practical choice for heavy-duty industrial settings. It comes with hardwearing screw terminals and nickel-plated pins and is encased in special halogen-free engineering plastic that's less likely to emit toxic gases during a fire. Its IP66 and IP67 ratings mean it's certified to keep out dust and won't break if submerged in water.

The wall-mount outlet socket has threaded knockouts that accept 2 x M20 to 3 x M25 cable glands. It's rated 110 V for voltage and 16 A for current, with an insulation resistance of 500/690 V. The socket can operate safely at temperatures between -25˚C and +40˚C.
