The Microchip MOSFET driver is tough, efficient, and easy to use. The inverting driver and non-inverting driver models are capable of 6A (peak) output, making it suitable for driving large MOSFET with an improved safe operating margin. This driver accepts any logic input from 2.4V to VS without the need for external speed-up capacitor or resistor network. Proprietary circuit allows the input to swing negative by as much as 5V without damage, and additional protection circuit safeguards against electrostatic discharge damage.
Wide supply voltage range allows flexibility in design
Drives both high and low side MOSFETs efficiently
Compact size facilitates space-efficient circuit layouts
Enhanced transient response ensures quick switching
Integrated thermal protection safeguards longevity
Optimised for high-speed applications, reducing switching losses
Excellent propagation delay enhances system performance
Low output impedance improves driving capabilities
