Want to keep your pneumatic cylinder in good working condition? Replace worn seals with this cylinder seal kit from IMI Norgren. It includes replacement piston seals and O-Rings to prevent machine breakdown and keep your cylinder operating efficiently. The durable PUR (polyurethane) seals are resistant to wear and tear for use in harsh applications. This kit is compatible with large cylinders with a diameter of 160mm, such as those used in gas plants. Use it when maintaining cylinders from thePRA/181000/M, PRA/182000/M and RA/8000 ranges.

To insert the new seals, disassemble the cylinder by loosening the tie rod nuts and detaching the front end cover and piston rod assembly. Remove the old seals carefully to prevent damage to the sealing surface, then clean the area. Lightly grease the surface and the new seals and attach each seal to the compatible fitting before reassembling the cylinder.
