Schmersal Coded Actuator, 88mm Width, 27mm Height - BNS40S Series - BPS40S-1-C
This coded actuator from Schmersal is used as part of a safety switch to cut power to a machine in the event of a hazardous situation. As it's a magnet-type actuator, it doesn't make physical contact, minimising mechanical wear for reduced maintenance and a long service life. The unit is constructed from V4A stainless steel, which is a chrome-nickel steel alloy with added molybdenum. This means it's resistant to corrosion and has a high degree of strength and vibration resistance for use in heavy-duty environments.
