These Silicon SI5326 series are jitter-attenuating precision clock multipliers for applications requiring sub 1ps jitter performance. They can be used in a variety of applications such as Optical modules, wireless base stations, data converter clocking, xDSL, Test and measurement equipment, broadcast video and
plenty more.

The SI5326 also has a crystal oscillator built in & can use that function as a clock source for frequency synthesis.
