SKF Adapter Sleeve, 49mm Bore Diameter, 240g Weight - H 209
Bearing installation is a breeze with this adapter sleeve from SKF. It lets you mount a tapered-bore bearing securely on a cylindrical seat. For flexibility, this component is compatible with both plain and stepped shafts. On a plain shaft, you can position your bearing anywhere. However, on a stepped shaft, use an L-shaped spacer ring to help you quickly and easily achieve precise axial positioning. Once the sleeve is in place, simply slip it into the bearing's tapered bore. This product is supplied with a KM 9 locknut (237-2213) and MB 9 washer (237-2238), so you can rest assured it'll stay put even in the most demanding conditions.
