The SKF adapter sleeves which is used to adjust to the shaft diameter so that wider diameter tolerances can be permitted compared to the seat of a bearing with a cylindrical bore. The sleeves is required to complement bearings and SKF supplies a wide assortment of bearing accessories such as adapter sleeves, withdrawal sleeves and lock nuts.
Enabling quick and easy mounting onto shaft
