The Power Integrations InnoSwitch-CH series of off-line CV/CC flyback switching AC-DC converters incorporates an integrated high-voltage MOSFET with synchronous rectification feedback and many advanced protection and safety features. These devices dramatically simplify the development and manufacture of low-voltage, high current switching power supplies, especially those with high efficiency requirements.
