Order Notification
What is order notification?
We’ll email you confirming that your RS orders have been processed and again, when they’ve been despatched. This is in addition to the standard web order confirmation email.
How do I receive order notifications?
You can now do this in two ways:
1. Ticking the option available
when you checkout when you have placed your next order.
The next time you purchase with our new checkout functionality,
there is an option to receive notifications by ticking the box available. This is visible on the ‘Review’ page at the
checkout point, before the order is placed.
2. Change your settings within your profile.
Step 1: Go to 'My Account' from the navigation bar.
Step 2: Expand ‘My Profile’ tab.
Step 3: Click on ‘View/Set your default settings’.
Step 4: Here you can select to turn your ‘Notifications’ on.
If opting to receive notifications, they’ll be sent to the default email address shown.
How do I cancel order notification emails?
Step 1: Go to 'My Account' from the navigation bar.
Step 2: Expand the ‘My Profile’ tab.
Step 3: Click on ‘View/Set your default settings’.
Step 4: Here you can select to turn off your ‘Notifications’.
