RS PRO Zinc-Plated & Clear Passivated Pan Steel Tamper Proof Security Screw, M3 x 6 mm
These tamper-proof security screws from the RS PRO range are designed to protect structures or equipment from vandals. They also provide extra security during assembly. This is because the screw drive heads require a specific type of Torx (star-shaped) screwdriver, which is not commonly used.
The screws are 6 mm in length with an M3 thread size. The Torx head is specifically designed to prevent the screwdriver slipping (caming) out when fastening. This protects the screws from damage and ensures their longevity. The security screws are bright-zinc-plated with a clear passivated finish (a protective coating of inert material).
