Product Details
The TE Connectivity First Sensor is an avalanche photodiode that is APD. The circular active area APD chip with NIR enhanced sensitivity. The ceramic carrier type non hermetic SMD package with filter window and reflow solderable. This APD used for high speed photometry, high speed optical communications, laser range finder and medical equipment applications.
