Product Details
The Toshiba brushed DC motor driver has sense resistor less current control. The internal H-bridge can be controlled independently, as a two brushed DC motor driver or a single stepping motor driver using the dual H-bridge mode. This IC is fabricated with the BiCD process and is rated at 50 V, 9.0 A
