Test Plug Cable Entry 4 → 7mm, Rated At 5A, 240 V ac, with 1.5m Cord

RS PRO mains test block has a 5A fuse with a 1.5m cable and EU plug. This connector is the quick test QT1 made from a tough impact-resistant, flame-retardant plastic. When the lid is open, the wires of the plugless lead can be inserted into the insulated clips. The insulated clips are colour coded for easy identification. Once the lid is closed, current passes to the equipment being tested. A neon light illuminates when the connector is live and ready to use.

These test connectors are not suitable for making mains connections to equipment in domestic use as defined in the Low Voltage Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations, 1989.
