RS PRO Zinc Plated Steel Index Bolt, M12 x 1.75, 39.4 mm
Need to precision-position parts in machinery? This index bolt from RS PRO is fitted with a spring that pushes the bolt attached to one object into the corresponding opening of another object. This ensures parts are perfectly aligned. Index bolts of this type are commonly found in workshops and factories, where they're used to assemble machinery.
The steel bolt is zinc-plated for excellent corrosion resistance. It's fitted with a thread so you can screw it securely into place. The bolt meets the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive, meaning it contains no more than minimal levels of any hazardous substances. It also conforms to US (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and European (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) electrostatic control standards, which is your assurance that it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge.
