Dremel Max 3.2 mm Tungsten Carbide Cutter Square Tip
The Dremel Tungsten Carbide Cutter Square Tip is coated with a layer of TIN (Titanium Nitride) at the cutting area which provides resistance to wear much better than the base material. It use the sides of the head for an effective result. This is use at an angle less than 90 degrees. If chattering occurs, increase speed. A less aggressive, more frequent pass will produce better results than pushing too hard or forcing the tool through the material. The tungsten carbide surface can easily catch the side of a hole and break the bit.
