This unit features a large liquid-crystal display (LCD) screen that makes results easy to read. The screen has flashing alarms for low and high temperatures, so it's easy to know when you need to make adjustments. It has the capacity to store up to 16,000 measurements, so you can use it for a long time without needing to erase data.
