Pluggable I/O connectors that form part of a high-speed modular interconnection system. These pluggable connectors feature high-speed I/O interfaces that support higher data rates than those of traditional copper interfaces such as RJ45. - CFP (C Form-factor pluggable): Supports data rates of up to 100 Gbit/s with 10 Gbit/s per channel.
- XFP (10 Gbit Small Form-factor Pluggable): Supports data rates of up to 10 Gbit/s.
- QSFP (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable): Supports data rates of up to 40 Gbit/s with 10 Gbit/s per channel.
- zQSFP+ (z-Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable Plus): Supports data rates of more than 100 Gbit/s with 28 Gbit/s per channel
