The ANSMANN 18650 Lithium-ion rechargeable battery is a reliable, safe quality battery. Compared to the standard NiMH-battery types, the Lithium-ion design produces double the energy density for a battery the same size.
The battery features a safety board to shield the cell from overload, short circuit and deep discharge therefore protecting the battery from misuse, delivering a longer lifetime use for the cell. This makes the size of the battery longer (3-4mm).
