The 700S-CF530EJC unit is an 8-Pole Safety Contactor with 24 V dc Electronic Coil voltage. The base contact configuration is 3NO/1C, and the front auxiliary contact configuration is 2NO/2NC. The current rating is 25 A.

Much like relays, a contactor is an electromagnetic device which is designed to switch electrical current through its contacts. It can switch a larger amount of electrical power than normal relays and can therefore be used for more heavy-duty, larger-scale applications, such as switching several different circuits simultaneously. It can also be controlled remotely and can be used for logic controlling to serve different functions, such as turning on some things at the same time as turning off others.
