Vishay PIN Diode

The Vishay TEMD series surface mount silicon PIN photodiode has a photocurrent rating of 12μA and peak wavelength rating of 950nm. It has high speed and high radiant sensitivity in black, surface mount plastic packages with lens and daylight blocking filter.
