Choose your reward!

1. Promotion period for this campaign is valid from 1 – 31 July 2019. Orders must be received by RS within this promotion period.
2. Orders (exclusive of VAT and any delivery charges) must be equal to or over the threshold amount stipulated in order to qualify for the promotion.
3. To redeem the reward, the promotion code must be entered on your online order, or stated to the RS customer service personnel at the time of
the order. Orders without promotional codes stated at the time of the order placement will not be eligible for this promotion. Orders that fall below
the threshold for the stated reward at the time of order placement will not be eligible for this promotion.
4. RS deals only with the account holder (business) and not with individual employees of the account holder. It is the responsibility of the individual
employee to gain permission from his/her employer before participating in this promotion.
5. This promotion is not open to any government employee or public official, nor is it open to the employees of any customer of RS which has
elected to exclude itself and its employees from such promotions.
6. Customers may enter more than once during the promotion period, however only one reward can be claimed per qualifying order. All rewards are
offered on the basis that they are subject to availability. RS reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of a similar value in the event a featured
reward is no longer available. This promotion is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part in respect of any offer.
7. This promotion is open to South African Account customers only and excludes employees and their immediate families of RS Components Ltd, its
agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
8. The reward will be despatched, where possible within 60 working days of the end date of the campaign and will be dispatched to the account
holder/business delivery address via a 3rd Party agency appointed by RS Components.
9. Where a model has a colour variant, the colour will be picked by RS and is dependent on stock availability. There is no option to specify the colour
of your reward.
10. Any Reward/Gift or Product, and participation must be in compliance with any Contractual Framework, where applicable. This offer may not
be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special offers currently in place; this includes ad hoc discounts, rebates and term and
target contracts.
11. Promotion codes cannot be used on Thermal Imagers, Raspberry Pi products, Tektronix and Agilent products, Test & Measurement products
and 3D printers (3D Brands include ReprapPro, Ultimaker, 3D Systems). 3D printer exclusion extends to Scanners, Software and Filaments from
RS, Verbatim and 3D Systems. Red Pitaya products are also excluded from this offer.
12. Scheduled orders placed before the promotion period for delivery during the promotion period will not be eligible for this promotion.
13. Excludes forward and scheduled orders. Orders placed with promotion codes cannot be amended, cancelled, exchanged or withdrawn, unless this
is due to circumstances which RS is responsible for.
14. RS will refuse to validate and redeem any claim not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
15. RS reserves the right to refuse participation.
16. RS reserves the right to change or withdraw the promotion and to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Export customers:

1. Export customers must collect the reward from RS trade counter in Midrand. No rewards will be dispatched to the customer.
2. It is the responsibility of export customers to ensure that the relevant promotion codes are provided at the time of placing the order whether by
phone or in writing.
3. RS deals only with the account customer (business) and not with individual employees of the account customer. It is the responsibility of the
individual employee to gain permission from his/her employer before participating in this promotion.

Delivery Address: Customer is to ensure the delivery address is correct when the order is being placed. This is to minimise delay in delivery
