    Industrial Shields product range covers Arduino based compact and modular PLC products as well as Raspberry Pi based, Android OS and Linux OS Panel PCs.

    The ARDBOX and M-DUINO series of Arduino based PLCs products allow you to prototype applications with the most famous Arduino boards, such as Arduino Mega and Arduino Leonardo, while allowing you to go into production with almost no changes to the code. Industrial Shields PLC Products and Panel PCs are the perfect choice for the Engineers who are looking for extremely flexible industrial hardware to develop cutting edge applications.

    Another key characteristics of the Industrial Shields PLC products is the I/Os density; with up to 58 inputs/output in a single compact module.

    ARDBOX COMPACT PLCs

    Entry level Arduino-based PLCs Supply voltage of 12-24 VDC and two different versions available with 10 inputs / 10 outputs including digital, analogue, PNP, PWM and relay.

    Communication The ARDBOX product family offers the possibility of communication between two PLCs via a I2C bus. This allows for connection of up to 127 modules which can provide 2.540 I/Os in total. Other communication ports include USB, serial port, RS232 and RS485.

    Instantaneous connection and programming. The ARDBOX PLCs use an Arduino LEONARDO which allows USB programming via the Arduino IDE interface. This feature provides immediate access in order to program, maintain and prepare the PLC for its set up.

    Standardized modules

    The different ARDBOX family devices are programmed exactly in the same way. Once you have used one of them, the rest can be configured by adopting the same methodology.

    M-DUINO MODULAR PLCs

    Industrial Arduino-based modular PLCs

    Supply voltage of 12-24 VDC. The PLC is available in six different versions, and up to 58 inputs / outputs including digital, analogue, PNP, PWM and relay.

    Communication The M-DUINO product family offers the possibility of communication between two PLC products via a I2C bus. This allows for connection of up to 127 modules which can provide 7.100 I/Os in total. Other communication ports include Ethernet, USB, serial port, RS232 and RS485.

    Instantaneous connection and programming. The M-DUINO PLC products use an Arduino MEGA which allows USB programming via the Arduino IDE platform. This offers immediate access to program, maintain and control the applications. It also allows you to constantly monitor the status for all the variables, inputs and outputs. M-DUINO is compatible with the ARDBOX PLCs and the Touchberry Pi via instantaneous connection.

    PANEL PCs

    Open source programmable touchscreens

    The Panel PLC products are available in three different versions; HummTOUCH Android, HummTOUCH Linux (based on Hummingboard) and TOUCHBERRY PI (based on Raspberry PI B+) with 10.1” capacitive touch screens. Open source programming via Android OS or Linux OS.

    Communication and programming All typical communication ports are available like Ethernet, USB, WIFI and I2C. The operator system is stored on an SD card which allows easy cloning of the configuration. Easy USB programming via Arduino IDE interface.

    Control the status of your devices Using the Ethernet port allows control of all parameters, data, input, output of the devices and equipment from a desk. The PC panels have sufficient I/Os to even control simple automation and control designs without an additional PLC.

    Connectivity Industrial Shields Panel PCs can be connected to all other devices from Industrial Shields in order to obtain complete control of all equipment, machinery and installations.
