    Scheduled Orders

    How do I place a scheduled order online?

    If you don’t have an RS Account (or didn’t enter your RS Account details at registration), this option is not available. Please request an RS Account or check your registration details. Otherwise:

    Step 1: Click 'Checkout' after selecting the products you wish to order.

    Step 2: You’ll be taken to the ‘Order Options’ page. Click on 'Scheduled Delivery' shown in the ‘Delivery Type’ section.

    Step 3: Give us your required delivery/drop dates (up to 9 drops, within the next 12 months), along with the quantity required.

    Step 4: Select 'Proceed to order review' and continue to place your order in the normal way.

    Can I place a scheduled order online and collect from my local branch?

    Sorry, but this option is not available for orders placed for collection from your local branch.

    Do I need to have an RS Account to use the scheduled order online?

    Yes. Scheduled orders can only be placed online if you are registered with a customer number.
