    How do I return a product?

    It’s simple. There are two options. Just follow the quick steps below:

    Option 1

    Step 1: Click 'My Account' from the navigation bar.

    Step 2: Click 'Return', from the 'Quick Links' drop down menu.

    Option 2

    Step 1: Click 'My Account' from the navigation bar.

    Step 2: Click 'My Orders', then click on the order number.

    Can I return products using my RS reference number or products that a colleague has ordered offline?

    Yes, you can return products using your RS reference number and any orders you have placed via other methods than online. Here’s how:

    Step 1: Go to 'My Account' from the navigation bar.

    Step 2: Click 'My Orders', to search for your orders by RS reference number, channel or date.

    Step 3: Once you have chosen the correct order, scroll through the drop down menu and select ‘Return’.
