Once you’ve placed your order, we will request a payment authorization to reserve your full order value. The system may select stock from multiple distribution sites in order to fulfil your request quickly, which may result in additional funds being reserved.
Please note that this does NOT mean you have incurred additional charges. As products are delivered the exact amount is invoiced as per your order and only then will your account be debited and paid to RS. Excess reserved funds will be released within in 14 days. 1. This promotion is only accessible to new customers (businesses) that have opened an account with RS South Africa between 1 February and 31 March 2017.
2. This promotion is open to South African Account customers only and excludes employees and their immediate families of RS Components Ltd, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
3. The customer (account holder) must be a business and not a private individual.
4. The account holder must have placed at least one order with RS within the promotion period of 1 February – 31 March 2017.
5. The draw will be done after the closing date - 31 March 2017, and winners will be notified via email.
6. The account holder needs to use the R10 000 value within 6 months – the offer will expire on 31 October 2016. Any value not used will fall away and no cash refunds will be allowed.
7. This promotion is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part in respect of any offer.
8. Any Reward or participation must be in compliance with any Contractual Framework, where applicable. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special offers currently in place; this includes ad hoc discounts and rebates.
9. RS deals only with the account customer and not with individual employees of the account customer. It is the responsibility of the individual employee to gain permission from his/her employer before participating in this promotion.
