I/We warrant that the members/directors/partners or shareholders of the applicant have never been insolvent or associated with any business failure.

I/We acknowledge that should credit facilities be granted as a result of this application that they may be withdrawn by RS at any time without prior notice, and that the decision as to whether or not to grant credit facilities to the Customer is at the sole discretion of RS.
